You can create so many fun floral borders using the Framed For You Stamp Set, paper & ink.
For the following three cards I used the same supplies (click here for PDF):
Card #1 Instruction: Using Pear Pizzazz Ink stamp branch image on the top left-side of the 3-3/4″ x 5″ Whisper White Cardstock, then stamp again without re-inking; repeat to bottom edge of card. Using Highland Heather ink stamp flowers on both sides of branch images, then stamp sentiment on lower right side. Tie 3/8″ Tricolor Ribbon (149708) into knot above sentiment. Adhere to 3-7/8″ x 5-1/8″ Gorgeous Grape Cardstock, then to card front of 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ Highland Heather Cardstock scored/folded at 4-1/4″. Embellish with Pearl Jewels.

Stamp floral stray and sentiment on 1-7/8″ x 3″ Whisper White Cardstock, then adhere to 2″ x 3-1/8″ Gorgeous Grape Cardstock. Attach to card front with dimensionals. Embellish with Pearl Jewels.
Card #3 Instruction: Using Pear Pizzazz Ink stamp branch image on the bottom edge of the 2-3/8″ x 5″ Whisper White Cardstock. Using Highland Heather ink stamp flowers around branch images. Adhere to 2-1/2″ x 5-1/8″ Gorgeous Grape Cardstock. Adhere to card front of 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ Highland Heather Cardstock scored/folded at 4-1/4″, then tie 3/8″ Tricolor Ribbon (149708) around into knot. Stamp floral stray and sentiment on 1-7/8″ x 3″ Whisper White Cardstock, then adhere to 2″ x 3-1/8″ Gorgeous Grape Cardstock. Attach to card front with dimensionals. Embellish with Pearl Jewels.

Measurements:
♥ Highland Heather Cardstock: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4”
♥ Gorgeous Grape Cardstock: 4″ x 5-1/4″
♥ Whisper White Cardstock: two – 3-3/4″ x 5″, 1-3/4″ x 2-7/8″, scrap for sentiment
1. Using 2″ x 3-1/8″ Scalloped Rectangle Die from Stitched So Sweetly Dies cut image from center of 4″ x 5-1/4″ Gorgeous Grape Cardstock. Set aside
2. Stamp floral border on left edge of both pieces of 3-3/4″ x 5″ Whisper White cardstock using Pear Pizzazz and Highland Heather Inks.
*Option: For added texture emboss cardstock for card front with Tasteful Texture 3D Embossing folder.
3. Adhere stamped 3-3/4″ x 5″ Whisper White for card front to 4″ x 5-1/4″ Gorgeous Grape Cardstock, then to card front of 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ Highland Heather folded at 4-1/4″ score line. Adhere second 3-3/4″ x 5″ Whisper White Cardstock to inside card.
4. Stamp floral spray on 1-3/4″ x 2-7/8″ Whisper White cardstock using Pear Pizzazz and Highland Heather Inks. Adhere to Gorgeous Grape Scalloped Rectangle cardstock, then attach to card front using Dimensionals.
5. Stamp sentiment using Highland Heather Ink on scrap of Whisper White Cardstock, then cut using Everyday Label Punch. Trim top edge if needed, then adhere to card front.
6. Embellish card by adding small Basic Pearl Jewels to flower centers and to floral spray.
