From My Heart Fun Fold Card

You are going to love the From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper! It is so pretty with red and pink foil accents on some designs and some images from the paper can be cut out using the Heart Punch Pack.

Today’s card is a Fun Fold Card using two designs from the From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper, Real Red Cardstock, Flirty Flamingo Cardstock & Whisper White Cardstock which are all in my January ‘Create with Terri’ Card Kit

To maximize cardstock I cut the Flirty Flamingo rectangle from the 4″ x 5-1/4″ Flirty Flamingo Cardstock, and the Scallop Heart from the rectangle.

Once the card is assembled no one will notice the missing images from the Flirty Flamingo Card Stock.

This card can be used for many occasions. I made several for a Stamp Share for Leaders Swap earlier this month.

♥ Ribbon: Real Red 3/8″ Double-Stitched Satin Ribbon (151155)

♥ Tools / Misc: Heart Punch Pack (151292), Stitched So Sweetly Dies (151690), Subtle 3D Embossing Folder (151775), 3D Embossing Folder (Blue) Plate (149658), Bone Folder (102300), Simply Scored Scoring Tool (122334), SNAIL (104332),Dimensionals (104430)

Measurements:

♥ Real Red Card Stock: 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″, 3-1/8″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″

♥ Flirty Flamingo Card Stock: 4″ x 5-1/4″

♥ Whisper White: 3-3/4″ x 5″, scrap for Heart Image

♥ Designer Paper: 2-5/8″ x 3-3/4″, Heart Image

♥ Ribbon: 12″

Prep Work before Assembly:

Cut Scallop Heart image using Scallop Heart Punch from one panel of 3-1/8″ x 8-1/2″ Real Red Card Stock (scored at 4-1/4″).
Emboss 3-3/4″ x 5″ Whisper White Card Stock using Subtle Embossing Folder
Cut largest Stitched So Sweetly Rectangle Die image from center of 4″ x 5-1/4″ Flirty Flamingo Card Stock, then cut Scallop Heart image using Scallop Heart Punch from center of Scallop Rectangle image.
Cut Heart image using Heart Punch from Whisper White scrap Card Stock.
Cut Designer Paper Heart image using Heart Punch.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Fold 3-1/8″ x 8-1/2″ Real Red Cardstock on 4-1/4 score line. Adhere panel with Heart cut-out to 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ Real Red Card Base with fold on top approximately 3/4″ to 1″ from left edge Card Base.

2. Adhere 3-3/4″ x 5″ Whisper White Card Stock embossed with Subtle Embossing Folder to 4″ x 5-1/4″ Flirty Flamingo (with rectangle cut from) Card Stock. Then adhere to base of 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ Real Red Cardstock covering adhered panel.

3. Adhere 2-5/8″ x 3-3/4″ Designer Paper to Flirty Flamingo Stitched So Sweetly Rectangle Image. Wrap ribbon around then tie into knot. Adhere to front panel of folded 3-1/8″ x 8-1/2″ Real Red Cardstock.

2. Adhere Designer Paper Heart to Flirty Flamingo Scallop Heart, then attach to front panel with Dimensionals.
