Rooted In Nature Bundle

Today’s card is using Rooted in Nature bundle with one of the returning Stampin’ Up! colors… Mossy Meadow!

I also used a clear stamp block to create the textured look behind the Hardwood background image. It’s a great way to add just a little color and the look of texture to your project.

Supplies:

♥ Bundle: Rooted In Nature (bundle includes *stamp set & *dies) (148352 – wood, 148353 – clear)

♥ Stamp Sets: *Rooted In Nature (146479– wood, 146482 – clear), Hardwood (133035 – clear, 133032 – wood)

♥ Cardstock: Mossy Meadow (133676), Very Vanilla (101650), Gold Fold (132622)

♥ Stamp Pads: Mossy Meadow (147111), Pear Pizzazz (147104)

♥ Tools / Misc: *Nature’s Roots Framelits Dies (16341), Layering Ovals Framelits (141706), Big Shot (143263), Magnetic Platform (130658), Banner Triple Punch (138292), Clear Block F (118483), Dimensionals (104430), 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 piece of typing paper

Measurements:

♥ Mossy Meadow Cardstock: 4-1/4 x 5-1/2, x 8, scrap for oval (2-1/2 x 3-1/2)

♥ Very Vanilla Cardstock: 4 x 10-1/2 scored at 5-1/4, scrap for stamping tree (2-1/2 x 3-1/2)

♥ Gold Foil: (1 x 4-1/2)

Instructions:

1. Ink clear block with Pear Pizzaz ink, place Very Vanilla card front onto block, cover with typing paper, apply pressure with fingers to transfer ink from block to cardstock. Repeat using Mossy Meadow ink using Hardwood background stamp.

2. Trim 1-1/4″ off bottom edge of card front. Stamp sentiment using Mossy Meadow ink on lower section (inside panel of the card). Adhere to Mossy Meadow cardstock (4-1/4 x 5-1/2).

3. Cut oval from Mossy Meadow cardstock scrap using Layering Ovals Framelits, Big Shot & Magnetic Plateform. Adhere to card front with Dimensionals.

4. Punch both ends of Gold Foil paper using Banner Triple Punch. Adhere to card front over oval.

5. Stamp tree on Very Vanilla cardstock scrap using Mossy Meadow ink then cut using framelits, Big Shot and Magnetic Platform. Adhere to card front over banner.
