Today’s card design is a Fun Fold Buckle Card using the Painted Seasons Bundle which is a level 2 Sale-a-bration item FREE with a $100 purchase.
The bundle contains the Painted Seasons Stamp Set plus the Painted Seasons Designer Series Paper.
The Designer Series Paper includes 4 double-sided designs, 3 sheets each. I used each of the designs to create the four cards in this post. There are so many beautiful Stampin’ Up! colors in the Designer Paper you are going to have fun selecting your favor color combinations. Below is a table showing which colors I used.
The Fun Fold Buckle Card uses the Classic Label Punch to create a slot in the left panel which holds the right panel closed. It’s a fun and easy card to make.

Instructions:
- Fold 4-1/4 x 8-3/4 cardbase on 5-1/2 score line, adhere Designer Paper to 3-1/4 x 4-1/4 panel. Tip: Only apply adhesive along edge of Designer Paper to avoid having adhesive in center of panel which will be cut out with punch.
Place Classic Label Punch over panel with Designer Series Paper upside down reaching in as far as punch will go. Line edge of punch to edge of Designer Paper and punch. Slide to other end of panel and line punch up to edge of Designer Paper and punch. Set aside.
- Run one 2-3/4 x 4 Whisper White Cardstock through Big Shot using Subtle Embossing Folder then stamp sentiment in lower right corner. Note: If your sentiment is not a bold image you may want to stamp sentiment first then add texture with folder and Big Shot. Be sure to allow ink to dry first as the in may transfer to the folder. If it does you need to remove ink with water and then dry folder.
- Fold Cardstock Color #2 on score line and then adhere stamped 2-3/4 x 4 Whisper White Cardstock to top panel with fold on right side and adhere other 2-3/4 x 4 Whisper White Cardstock to inside. Adhere to Cardstock Color #1, then center on Cardbase panel and adhere with fold on right side (cardbase fold is on left side).
- Fold left panel of card closed, then insert top panel from right side into slot created with Classic Label Punch.
- Stamp images on Whisper White Scraps and cut with Dies, Big Shot & Magnetic Platform to embellish the cards. Note: Be sure top right panel is inserted into slot before embellishing card.
